How to track your
package:
1) Click on the link below
2) Enter your tracking # provided by Canpar (starts with a "D", "S", or "U") |
| Please remember
that Canpar doesn't always update their tracking information until
midnight. eg. You placed your order on February 2nd to be delivered
February 3rd in Toronto. Even though your gift may be delivered, you might
have to wait until the morning of February 4th to verify what time it was
delivered and who signed for it. |

In order to
provide you with the freshest product possible, processing times are as
follows:
Orders
placed by 1pm EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the next business
day. Orders placed after 1pm, on the weekend or a holiday, will be processed
and shipped the day after the next business day.
eg. You place your
order by 1pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped
Tuesday. Your order is placed after 1pm EST Monday, a business day,
your order is processed and shipped Wednesday.
Shipping times vary based on destination, please see our order page for more
specific timing. |
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from our
shipper Canpar. The email will be from

need this number to track your package |
